Whoa whoa whoa .... FASS doesn't send hose clamps. They rely on that blue hose to self seal once you push it onto their fittings. They even rode me a bit about how I don't trust their blue hose andI went ahead and used hose clamps anyway. They say the clamps are not needed at all.

Here ya go .. you can see the blue hose and the clamp that I used that I didn't need ( but I left it on anyway )

 

that doesnt evne LOOK like my truck at all..ill get pics...doesnt hook up like that...at the back of the truck, where the pump is placed, there is a return line that runs back into the fuel tank and connects in the fill line which contains the fill filter that is tapped into with a black pieces the hooks onto the blue peice going back to the pump....they send 3 hose clamps for this...2 to put around wher you cut the fill filter, and 1 for where the blue hooks into this new part...

 

My setup isn't going to look like yours, I was just showing the blue hose and the hose clamp that I used. I modified my FASS a bit to be able to still use the stock fuel filter housing remember? A typical FASS install would eliminate this altogether.

haha no i just got in and hoped for the best and it started..lol...but we will see if it does it again in the future..like tomarrowa at 6 when i head down to meet up with nick and drew..
