650 fps for your .44 mag?? Must be a really wimpy .44 mag....

Most 240gr factory .44 mag loads push around 1650-1750 fps.....

I tow a fifth wheel tow hauler about that weight when full. Your Cummins will have no problem pulling iteven without any performance mods. You'll need a good brake controller to get it all stopped. Trailer brakes are much cheaper than truck brakes. I have also added a set of firestone helper airbags. I only need to run them at about 15-20 psi to keep everything level. Before that my headlights were spotting coons. I think the po-lice are less likely to mess with you if everything is nice and level and your nose ain't up in the air. You don't look as heavy then.

If you got the big bucks to spend check with Bigriver. He's got the Cadillac of everything. He is also Mayfair's rich uncle and will leave it all to him one day. lol
