As you know, I've got a 2nd gen and I can't do that tricky "turn the key 3 times" thing in order to find out what's wrong. Basicaly, my Check Engine light came on last night right after filling up. I'm sure it's nothing, but of course I'd like to know for sure and I'd also like to clear the CEL. Is there any sort of gizmo or contraption available that'll easily take care of that for me, or do I hafta go to the dealer?
I my self have an autoscan ( I think thats what the call it) but they don't sell it anymore cause its out dated. Works fine for me though. The best thing I say is see if your parts store will let you mess around a bit on their code readers to see which you like best. Then go from there.
