ok, I'm a lil confused...Basically we have a withdraw...6 credits over our college career. I've already used 3...so i'll prob. drop this class and take it again next semester. What do you mean withdraw while passing?
At ASU there are 2 types of withdraw. W is withdraw while passing, and Y is withdraw while failing. Usually the instructors only give the Y; if the student doesn't show to classes and doesn't appear at the final without making prior arrangements with the instructor. We also have a timeline that students cannot withdraw themselves. I have made this arrangment twice in calc 2 and calc3 (made for a very long couple of years), both of these classes I signed out 4 the last day of lecture, before the final.
Then I would suggest seeing as much of the material as possible before withdrawl, so that you don't see very much for the first time next semester. I went from d's to a's using this method.Good luck!
