Anyway, the shoes on my truck are getting a little thin and I will probably be able to get a VERYgood dealon some new tread through a second party.
I know I want E rated, 17" rims. but am kinda torn between 33's or 35's and what manufacturer to go with.
just to let you know I do have 4.10's in my axels so engine loading will not be as great as those with 3.73's. I do have a leveling kit w/bilstien 5100's sitting in my basement just waiting to be installed.
so, which would be the best one to go with, and just remember, this is my money yall are spending

I'd look into some Procomps Drew. I've ran them for years. They're semi-quite ( you can hear them but, not like a super swamper ! ), the wear is outstanding and they do well in the snow, rain, sand and mud.
My 37's are " E " rated and I think most of there all terrains are too. IMO, go with 35's. They fill up the wheel well and look much better.

I like what I ended up with. I researched for a good long time before making the purchase. I've installed BFG All-Terrains on a number of applications from F-Superduty dump-trucks, expeditions, and 2nd gens. They would yield a lot less noise than the Mud-Terrains but have a mild look to them. The 35s stick the truck far enough in the air there's a significant drop in mileage, I lost about 1.7mpg average... I have about 3,000 on these tires. I'm now dealing with "the truck pulls right challange", and from those I've talked to this is pretty common on leveled with 35" dodge trucks. Sounds like a combination of track-bar adjustment and insufficiant caster after the tire size increase. In all honesty if I could do all this again... and probably will be in a couple years... I'd invest in 19.5" wheels and a good mud/snow 245mm michelin tire... with the hefty load rating, and decreased rolling resistance mileage would increase along with stability.

also with a 4.10 wouldnt bigger tires be better since your running less rpm's for the same mph? just a thought
I have a 3.73 with 33's and on a 489 mile trip i made 17.84 mpg. I was hoping to break 500 miles but my fueling station wasnt 11 miles farther, but I would have made 11 miles easy.
