Texas trucks
I have been looking for a dodge diesel truck for a lil while now. Seems like every truck from Texas has a big azz front bumper on the front of there truck. What is the reason for this, I live in Illinois just don't know what it's for?
two main reasons that i usually see: 1) yuppie soccer moms use them in their trucks and suvs so they dont hurt their own vehicle when they run over what they cant see, and 2) lots of deer out on the roads all over between towns and citys and on rural roads. i usually see about 10 a week, not counting coyotes and other animals that will do lots of damageat 65-75 (or more) mph. then i suppose there is a third reason: those that just think it looks cool and have the money to burn.
Another reason is.......People seem to want to get the hell out of my way when they look up in the rearview mirror and that bumper heading straight for their slow asses!!
That and I think it looks bad *** on my truck. It's a Texas Thang!
