Before Yall freak outI am not replacing my Cummins. I just want a truck to have at home all the time that doesn't cost much. I have had my truck since june and it has been home only once and when I am there I have to share with my wife, that sucks.

 

I don't blame ya, sharing sucks. Most of all when it's your CTD!

 

Can't share my CTD she can't drive a standard.

 

Well any questions about this great gas motor! hehe i'll make your life easy... we can just trade then you can buy another cummins

 

Do it... but get a 4.7 std cab truck and drop a CTD HPCR motor in it [sm=icon_rock.gif] you wouldnt be happy in a gasser...

if you liek standard shift get the 4.7 trust me it aint a cummins but it's got plenty of snuff with the six behind it

 

the 4.7 has a 6 speed gear box?

 

i believe so the only manual hemi's are HD's

 

I had a 04 w/4.7 Q/C before my cummins and if you like gas milage I'd get the hemi stock I was pullin 11mpg round town and jumps between 14-16 on the highway never saw 17. once I started moddin it all went out the window8-10 round town and 12-14 highway, it'd take a hemi but ya go worse mpg doin it!
