Default winter front

Is there someplace where I can get a winter front for my truck? Are there aftermarket ones or is it only available at the dealership? One local dealer wants $124 for one listed for a 2006 and don't know if it will fit 2005. Also didn't know if he still had the books for the 2005 trucks and didn't seem to eager to look for it (will definitely go to a different dealer). Is $124 dollars a fair price or are they available cheaper?

Those guys up in the north use them to kind of regulate the amount of air that passes through the radiators to help keep the engine at the right temp.

Some are leather, some are fabbed out of metal, some use just a piece of cardboard.
