If you live in certain 'more air polluted' counties in Ohio, aroundsome larger cities, you're required to get anemissions test before you get your tags. Most rural counties aren't affected.The test is good for two years of renewals. Diesels areNOT exempt. The only good thing is they used to charge $20 for the testing and now it's free. The state picksup the tab. Although, I'm sure I pay for it in some tax along the way.

Emissions? What the hell is that?
Inspections? Uhhhh, not here! Although I would love to see them start as half the friggin idiots around here have cars that are as unsafe as a cheerleader at a pep rally.
