alright. . .I loaded SW5 to see how she worked and OMG that was some serious injector rattle. . so much so I didnt make it out of my driveway before going down to #4. anyway, something I noticed. . .I hit 20-25psi and I loose all boost. . .my TST is off and the boost limit is also off, and my boost goes from 20-25 down to 15-18 and no throttle responce above 2200rpm. I turn the TST on and it did help a bit, but still not what I had at the SC dyno day. I try SW6 and still nothing. . .removed smarty to stock and everything cool again when I set my TST to 4/3. with smarty, booost was slow to build, acceleration just wasnt there above 2K. I know I can fuel to 3K even with my stock setup with the TST crunk. . .
any options. . .I'm currently flashing a different software with a moderate torque managemnt to see if that help.
I don't really know what that could be Drew. I've never encountered a " low " boost issue like that. Even if you had older SW on the smarty it should have done that. The SW you linked too is the lastest that's out. Try it to see what happens and if there's still a problem, Bob should be able to help. I'll write him anyway to ask about this and to maybe be on the look out for a email from you.
Drew, Try to hold that thing together until Dyno Day, I pretty sure I can make it. Anyhow, If you tear it up on the dyno I can tow you and Beek home with my stocker
Drew, I got word that there was a error in the software for the 04.5's You must have had the original software on there from when it was made. The new software should take care of the problem.
Melon, you wanna convoy down? Me and Jerome will be Pinewood Derby racing on the Saturday before at Bethesda Church. Were building the race truck this weekend.
