dangit I wish I could see. . but lemme guess. . .a gas turbine mounted onto a go-kart frame.
I know a guy that built one useing the turbo off a cummins 500. built an afterburner and everything for it, at the end of the 1/4 he was doing 70mph.
thing sounds like a friggin cannon going off trying to get the afterburner to stay lit.
