School buses use the isb as well.

 

Case uses the 4bt's in their newer backhoes n skiploaders n 4b's in their older stuff. Kawasaki wheel loaders use the ISC's. Case may use cummins bigger stuff in their bigger stuff, not sure though

Sterling must be what you are thinking of, they have the trucks based off of the current ram.

 

Yeah so now Freightliner puts MBE engines in their trucks

 

The nicer motorhomes have big truck ISX's. Probably plenty out there running ISM's and even ISB's. Got an uncle and aunt who live in Cali that have one of the 565hp ISX poweredmotorhomes.I'm not much on RV's but it's a very nice rig.Wish I made that kind of money.
