Default Running the stock setting...

for comparison purposes against the MPG thread data that I have. Suprising numbers so far... I was figuring on upper 16's but there is no way it's that low. 200 miles on 1/8th of a tank. 195 was about it previously...

If I am reading it right, are you running in tow/haul mode as well as using the programmer?

hey sheve, check this one out. . .been running smarty #4(90hp no timeing) and my TST on 2/2(425hp) and got 17.9mpg. . .realy, this falls within my normal mileage range with just the TST at 4/3 (375hp).

I'm running just the smarty on #4 right now with the TST off to see any difference.

Yup, 90% of the time I remember to fip the switch for tow haul mode.

Drew, I'm curious to see what you get with just the smarty. I still have it on my list of mods to get (will probably be my next one) and would like to get more feedback with the mileage info for it.

I can already tell you this. . .smarty on the 90hp setting has WAY more low end than the TST on 4/3 does. granted the top end isnt as great, it would certianly help with your studies on how to gain your low end back

I'm curious, what does that do to low and high end?
I know it basically changes the shift points, but I only ever run it while I'm towing.

OK, I am going to sound dumb, [8D]but what exactly is "torque converter lock up" and where should I expect itin an auto with the 3.7? rear.

If it's what I think it is, it seems to be around 50 mph
