That turned out really good !!

 

It looks like you put the IAT sensor inthe rubber elbow. Do you foresee any problems with that? Mark welded a bung to the aluminum for the IAT on the origional WW .
How loud is it? I can see it being so loud that it would be annoying while pulling. I'm sure it flows better than any after market CAI.

 

no problems with elbow mounting iat. drill 1/2" hole and slip it into it. it fits in snug no leaks. i then took 2 drywall screw 1/2"long and mounted the iat securely along with a big black zip tie.

I would think there isnt many other intakes that will give more air. the blue amsoil filter is a EAAU6080 conical filter with 6" hole.

Do you really need the filter minder with this type of setup????

 

I've got one just like sallyman's. I deleted the filter minder.Vacuum the filter every oil change.
