your welcome guys... I cant wait to get it off and get the ATS back on there. I do still plan to run different settings on the tst to compare against the data I have from with the ATS... so it'll be a few weeks before I get to do the swap again.

boy you sure dont realize what you have until it's gone...

Hey Steve, just courious, why did you switch the manifolds? Just to see the difference? Was there a problem with the ATS? I'm somewhat heavily invested in ATS, and the manifold issue was on the back burner down the road.

Thanks again for your imput..........

Riv, Steve is doing a mileage comparison between one and the other. I don't think any of us was expecting the huge decrease in performance that Steve is experiencing though. This whole thing is really opening my eyes though to the possibility of a new intake for sure.

yuppers... what he said. I drive 185 miles a day currently and wanted to know if there was a mileage difference between stock vs ats. if so, what is it? well, putting the stock manni back on showed me how good the ATS one is, stock sucks for performance. on hills, my truck now wants to downshift more (stock TST settings...) when compared to the ATS manifold. I think the best way to evaluate it is to be in the stock settings so you factor out the performance box. that way if there is a gain/loss it's easier to detect with the butt dyno.

Thanks 02' but honestly, it's the same length as a quad cab, and no wider than the stock side mirrors stick out.

Hey Steve, When installing the ATS manifold, did you also change out the boots to the intercooler?
