So I ordered my lift kit from 4 wheel parts the other day and it was suppose to be delivered to the local 4 wheel parts store down the road. I get home tonight to a voice mail from a courier service telling me I need to be home tommorow between 11:00 and 3:00 to accept a 4' by 4' skid wieghing 400lbs. Ummmmmm WHAT?? I think I may have the wrong order coming. 400 lbs ?? A Superlift doesn't wiegh that much and why would it come on a 4'x4' pallet?
And the big question, why is it being delivered to my house??

could have been a general recording, dont discredit them just yet. I have bought a winch, some straps and shocks in teh past from them and had no problems.

 

Nope they are comeing. My wife called the # they left and they will be delivering whatever it is tommorow. It was suppose to be delivered to the store. If I wanted it delivered here I would not only have to be here but also pay for shipping. I fear they have my order screwed up!

if they are requesting payment for shipping, refer them back to 4WP... if it turns out it's not your stuff.... humm then what?

 

I Have Order Wayyy To Much From 4WP and When They Mess Up It's Normally In My Favor, LoL. But Regardless Every Time They Have Messed Up They MORE Than Made Up For It. Who Was Your Salesman?

 

I ordered a soft top bed cover and a black toolbox from them..

well, i got the bed cover... but they gave me a 8ft bed, not for my 6.25 bed!!!
and they didnt give me a black toolbox, they ordered a chrome one!!!

so i went back up there and bitched them out and returned it, went to Dallas and got the same thing. Also they took 3 weeks to get it shipped. I wish I knew that a small shop in Dallas had them in stock!!! errr

 

It's a MAJOR AWARD !!!!
