never did get the arm off...
that one looks like it'd work alot better than what I had... Jake, I had 2 pullers, broke 1 and bent the other after modifying it to be stronger near the base. the whole point was to get it off so I could drill it out for the heavy duty steering install. I ended up drilling it out from underneath. not the worst job I've ever tackled but it did take its toll on the arms

Steve I have to agree with the others on this one I have had to use heat to remove numerous components. Alot of times we will put new parts into an oven to assist in reasembly and it realy helps. Excessive heat can damage components.
well the hottest flame I had was no where near as hot as what was described... bottom line is the arm is drilled, the parts are installed & the alignment I will do today... hopefully (if I can get home early enough)[&:]
