never did get the arm off...
tried pounding on it, soaking it and spitting on it lol... finally gave in and went and got 2 more drill bits. drilled 1 size smaller than what I needed, then went to the 3/4" and was able to get thru it. put the bars up the way they need to be and now on to the fun stuff. aligning it. [&:]

Yes, he has ( had ) a puller, and he was on a mission to remove it without useing heat. At one time he wanted to freeze the whole thing. Even Diesel Demon made an appereance and chimmed in to help Steve. Pretty much EVERYONE was calling for heat. It's pretty funny.

steve. . .do I need to say it again. . .this is the only way to get that booger off, unless you decide a brick of C4 or plasma cutter would do the job.


Steve I used a puller that looked like this to remove my pitman arm for my lift install. I found it at Sears for 78.00
