So, when you guys are pulling someone out of a snow drift, let's say it's a car or something, what do you use to hook to the target vehicle?
I always let them hook it up just in case something happens. I've know a few people that will help pull someone out, crack a bumper or something and then the person would get pissed. One called the cops on him. Luckily the cop was cool and said, he could have left you sitting there.

30,000 pound strap minimum.
30k is great. I use a pro comp 20k strap primarily with some others just in case. it works well. pulled many trucks. I will go 30k next time.

I need to get a picture of the chain I keep in my bed just in case. . .I believe it is rated for around 75K static force, if not more.

20 foot is not long enough IMHO. 30 ft with at least 30,000lbs rating. I've used mine several times to pull trucks(even two at once)
