I think the harmonica stuck to the front is hilarious. But tape it, dont epoxy it.

i see the humor in it, but i do not have any sugestions.

you did say you do not want to ruin his vehicle, just a little laugh. i think that sets you apart from someone looking to vandalize anything but thats JMO.
I get your point but in the dark how do you tell the difference between prankster and someone wanting to jack your car/truck?

Here's a prank I did to a good friends car a few months ago. On the rear bumper, I put a few of these stickers on (take your pick). It took him a few days before he noticed them.

The problem is that I now have to watch out for my truck...

It doesn't have to stop there. If he's a strong democrat, put on a republican sticker. A strong republican? Put on a democrat sticker. A vegetarian? Put a "PETA (people eat tasty animals) sticker".

I heard about this one from a guy that grew up in a private culdesac. There was a small dirt path that could get you to the next culdesac over, but people weren't supposed to be driving through there. So, when they were kids they put cinderblocks in paper grocery bags in the road, I gather it was amazing to see how many people would swerve to hit what looked like a paper bag. That's why I don't hit things in the road, I guess it's a tough one to use on this guy, it's kinda hard to target it. I like Mayfair's kindness idea, it really drives people crazy when you're consistently too nice to them.

In the morning if I see him I say, "Morning how are you", and he will scream, "don't talk to me". I just laugh and go about my business, it is about a daily thing, but I really want to get under the guys skin.
Yup, he sounds crazy. But I'm not sure how much better off you sound when you are apparently obsessed with getting under his skin... What sense does it make to do something overtly mean or spiteful to someone just because they're passively anti-social to you? Sheesh, let it go and let him live in his crazy world.
