Default Car Pranks

Well I got a whacko neighbor in my apartment complex, just a real weirdo. In the morning if I see him I say, "Morning how are you", and he will scream, "don't talk to me". I just laugh and go about my business, it is about a daily thing, but I really want to get under the guys skin. I was thinking about wiring a horn into his brake lights. However, I thought I might try to get some ideas from you good folks. I don't want any pranks that will mess up his ride, like sugar in the gas tank, brake fluid on the paint, etc. Those are mindless and not creative.

Thanks in advance.

90w oil on the windsheild is pretty good the only way to get it off is to use a pressure washer

Man don't "F" with people's property. Mess with the people but vandals are heaping piles of dung. don't stoop to that.

I wouldn't recommend messin' with his stuff. BUT...I read this on another thread, a good prank to do to a buddy. Roll down their window and get some broken glass to put in the seat!!!

He sounds like a weirdo, but you're already messing with him when you say good morning to him when you know he doesn't like it. What's the sense in messing with him?

I wouldn't mess with him, you might wake up late one night only to be tied to the bed with him and some vasaline at the end of the bed...

I guess I am the only person here that sees the humor here. I think the wiring a horn to his brakes is pretty funny, and simple to do. What does he drive?

I could see doing something like that toabuddybut to someone who gets angry when you say hi? He might miss the humor and want to take some sort of legal action. Is there a camera that monitors the lot?
