so far, at 50/50 mix, the truck starts and runs like its only on diesel #2
have new fuel filter and 1 gal of new diesel on board for a quick swap if needed
it does smell like someones cooking nearby. must be from a Japanese place. everytime I accelerate, the truck screams "RICER!! RICER!! RICER!!!"

Diesel is about 3.84 here. It sucks so much we bought a Mitsibishi Eclipse to save money. That damn thing flat gets up and goes. It is the one with the 205hp V6 with 5speed manual. It gets 30mpg. Since I took the gunsmith/manager job, I travel over 300 miles to and from work every week. I was getting sick of paying $95 a week for fuel.

The cost of your new car, + insurance + maintenance + gas + interest onthe loan (if you have one) I would imagine that would ad up to allot of diesel you could have bought for your truck, had you not bought another car. Did you figure how long it would be before it is actually going to be cheaper?
