Holding the odometer will run the dash self-test.
To get the codes you have to turn the key VERY rapidly off and on three times. I haven't been able to get this to work, but other 6.7L owners have. I've read that you must have the doors shut and parking brake set also. If it doesn't work, you have to remove the key, open and close the door and then try again. Good luck.
If you just recently put in the K&N, check that none of the sensors on the air box became disconnected.

AZ2500,
I've gone through two turbos and many many many O2 sensors. All the updates have been applied and Dodge doesn't know what else to do. Dodge offered a buy back program but I refused due to the fact that I had to pay for my miles it came out to $4000 plus it's (Old truck)MSRP for (New truck)MSRP and my payments would go through the roof on the new truck. I'll just keep this for a couple years and then possibly trade it for something more reliable if no solution is found. Love the truck but....

the 02 recall does not replace the 02 sensors but only replaces the oxygen sensor module on the right frame rail and involves flashing the cummins controler with the latest flash files for the dpf system to help create reliabity in the system. seeing as everyone here is having alot of dtc's in the 6.7 system what kinda codes you getting . to be honest here at the dealership where i am at very few 6.7 check engine lights on but have had more problems with this motor than with any other diesel since i have been here and that has been over 16 years . but also see the others in the shop with the fords and chevys and they are having issues with the new emission system that we all had to put on thanks to uncle sam.. thanks again bush
