O.T. Kevin is the Man
Kevin came over yesterday and hooked me up. My home was a model home built by richmond American and my garage was used as there office. Well for some strange reason I had only one 110 volt double plug in there on the south wall, and one on the cileling which was for the garage door opener. for almost three years I had a extension cord going to a multi outlet 6 and ran everything off of that. Kevin came and added 2 sets of two 20 amp gdi's near my tool box and work area. one on the ceiling with a switch for my flourescent lights and one outside for my holiday decorating lights.
Thanks Kevin.
Thanks Kevin.
your very welcome Yimmy!
turned a single light switch for the garage into a 3-way operable from gargae or inside house
added 2 dedicated 20amp gfci's inside the garage
extended the lighting circuit in the garage from the house door to the middle of the garage for better lighting capability
dropped a 20 amp dedicated gfci below the panel outside for lights, tools, power washer, etc....

We have NH170's at work and I hate grading with them because they are too small. Ours are ATLEAST twice the size of the one in the pic.

Just curious, for the wiring, did you run 12/2 romex for those 20 amp circuits or are you guys required to run greenfield and conduit with THHN?

out here, all residential is romex (unless otherwise specified).
commercial is conduit..emt, imc, rigid, and even some m/c cable
