My guess is nothing will be hurt in the engine. You might have a hard time cleaning out the intercooler but the passages through the intercooler are very small so unless you find absolute carnage inside the IC I bet the engine is fine. The turbo on the other hand is toast. Good luck with the dealer. The less info you give them the harder it will be for them to nail you.
