Well, today is the first day I have ever seen it. I am leaving to head back to Asheville tomarrow moring about 2am and so I went to fill up at the local station. Diesel was $4.15 a gallon. The truck was empty and took $105 fill up. It was CRAZY!

also, if anyone happens to have a set of used 35x12.50R17 just laying aroundlet me know about them and I will give you cash for them....my coopers are wearing out and im not buying new ones just yet....I would like some procompes, nittos, or goodyears.....will pay cash.

anyways....i just found it crazy that diesel could cost so much!

an update on the senior project..

My new cowl hood is painted and gets put on Monday when I get back in town.

I almost went and bought a new 4wheeler the other day but didnt so I believe the turbo is getting ordered next week along with the ats exhaust manifold for now...head studs and more will come later...

also, trition, i FINALLY figured out how to get the little smarty icon on my desktop...wow that **** took me for ever....haha but its on there so when that new update comes I am waiting for, I am good to go on updating it.


hope everyone is doing good on here! I havent been on in a long while...going to Harlon KY this weekend to go rock crawling, Gaitlinburg TN the next weekend, then Mexico for 2 weeks after that, then senoir project and a bunch of other ****....so wont be on for a long while longer..

i had a $140 fill up a few days ago (4.25)

 

yeah my buddys got a 44 gal tank for his excursion, he always buys prem and gets 8.7 mpg, its a v10. I remember back in like 2001 or 2002 is when found out that gas pumps shut off at 70 or 75 bucks.

 

Yeah..with my credit card (worst thing I ever did) my pump cuts off at $80. AND THEN I have to start it again if I want to complete fill the tank like on the way back to NC. I just watched the news and on CT is the most expensive cash in the US. $4.60 is the max. Thank god I dont have to fill up untill around NY or Penn on the way back!

 

Its not your credit card its set up by the gas station. What's a bitch is when the mother loving handle doesn't auto stick. I always keep a tennis ball in the truck and I use that as a wedge so I don't have to stand there and hold it (talking bout the pump)
only once in my life I've had gas spill out, I was filling up the gf's camry and then she came out of the store and started yelling at me. **** was pouring out. Guess I should have realized somethings wrong when it said 17 gal.

 

That is SUCH a good idea. I am keeping me some tennis ***** in the truck from now on!

no problem, ive even used crushed beer cans but figured im asking for trouble there.

 

Cost me $118 at $3.99/gallon last week.

 

when really empty beasty can hold 135$,but average when light pop up is about 120-125$

 

I quit looking...it's just to painful (if it would stop snowing and get about 40 degree's I'd ride the bike)
