Always seems like the deck is stacked against us guys in these situations regardless what the facts are. That's how the courts usually see it. Hope you can find a way out of this mess. Lots of red flags on not letting you do the test.. The partying all night thing when you deployed... man that chick was screwing around and likely she's not even sure the kid is yours.. i know he owes me it, if he doesnt give it to me before im 18, im going to sue him for it when i turn 18 because my mom makes about 45k a year. luckily we all live with her parents (my g-parents) who have supported us all the way. im looking into tech school to baecome a mechanic, so thats where the money would go.
