I think he would. The Ravelco literally disables systems without the key installed and from what I see each system can be installed differently even on the same makes of vehicles. Personally, it would be the system I will get.

Just joined the forum, been lurking for a while though.

I have a Ravelco, best thing out there. Not one vehicle stolen in 4 million installs. You get used to pulling the plug after shutting down the engine. You don't have to worry about coverage, monthly fees, or getting your vehicle back after its been stripped.

 

you guys underestimate thieves. there are tools those guys have that will literally disarm that viper alarm without ur remote. they will sit and wait for you to arm it. they read the code using their device and disarm. to be honest most things only stop them for a bit of time. if they really want that truck they will get it. no matter what.

 

I have mine "Booby Trapped" ! When a thief gets in and closes the door, the windows and doors lock. Then a vapor cloud of sulfuric acid fills the cab. At the same time, a female voice comes from the alarm speaker under the hood. She is shouting "RAPE, RAPE.....Over here in the Black Dodge....RAPE, HELP ME...." . After 20 seconds, a device that I got from a poultry processing plant comes out from under the dash. It was used to mechanicly separate chicken and turkeys, it lances the thief in the groin area, clamps down and starts spinning. The door then unlocks and opens, the seat has been modified to eject the thief out of the truck.

If he comes back after that, he can have the damn thing!!

 

WOW, you really thought this out! Acid, rape, farm animals, lancing and an ejection seat. You need a 12 step program!
