I messed up guys. when i had the vegi oil malfunction, i used starting fluid. now the truck is refusing to start with out the starting fluid at random times. even after driving 50 miles.


any ideas ???????????????

Air trapped somewhere in the system. Some one should be able to tell you how to properly bleed it. Also how's your lift pump?

 

remember , this is a 93 1st gen 12valve.

my lift pump is new.

I may try a fuel filter friday after I get paid.

try bleeding out your injector lines

 

I cracked the lines a few weeks ago.


I will change fuel filter and bleed whole system down again this weekend......


it was mentioned that starting fluid is like crack to a diesel. it becomes dependant upon it.
