my uncle is looking for some nerf bars for his 94 standard cab that he is just finishing putting together after painting it. he is looking for some good quality ones that aren't going to rust after a year or two and are going to look nice. he is not sure whether to go with chrome or black since the truck is white. he is also looking for some stainless bed rail covers to protect the new paint. he uses his truck on the farm so he knows that even being careful that the rail will get scratched if he doesn't cover them some how. thanks for any input on what would be the best quality for the best price.

where would be a good place to get the n-fabs and what about the bed rail covers?

 

i have the NASTA nerf bars and IMO they are the best. they are polished stainless steel, and unlike most other brands they have stainless brackets bolts and washers. every single piece is stainless steel. i got mine off ebay for $230 shipped and i have the mega cab.

I have the same ones. They seem to be holding up great. I too like the fact that every piece is stainless steel. I bought mine here http://www.autoadonz.com/nasta-nerfbars.htm I see they have gone up a little bit since I bought them a year ago. I think I paid about $245 and now they show $280 shipped. Mine were for an 07 Quad Cap.

 

those nerf bars look really good i will have to show them to him tomorrow. im still looking for ideas on the bed rail covers though.

 

Mine are Mopar. I like 'em, but eventually I'll upgrade them. Some blemishing to them. And I'm not a fan of bed rail covers, so I can't offer anything there.

 

geez guys still no help on the bed rail covers.

 

i am looking for covers myself, but i am going to go with the Bushwacker smooth black plastic ones.
