Default Exhaust tips

im starting another project on the truck. because of the way that the exhaust is run i cannot put my hitch on the truck. i am going to have an exhaust guy cut the pipes off and turn them out behind the rear wheels the only thing is that i need some new tips. where is a good place to find stainless tips. the ones that are on it now are chrome plated and they are peeling and look horrible. thanks for any help.

i found these at geno's and wondered if you guys thought that they would hold up since i am in the north and if they would look good behind each rear wheel?

Why can't you re-use what you have?

I have that same tip from Geno's, has only gone through one Maryland winter so far, but it's holding up good. A little cleaning wax and it still shines up good. Other than soot, no discoloration.

i can't reuse what i have because first i want it coming straight out behind the wheels and not down and also becaue they are chrome plated and are peeling badly and look really bad! thanks cujo on the input. my truck usually doesn't see the winter very much since it isn't my daily driver but i still want the tips to last.

looks good. mine are goin to come out both sides and at a slight downward angle. this way the pipe will still be mostly hidden behind the body but the tip will stick out nicely.
