WINspeed heater grid delete ??????
Someone get me a drawing with dimensions and tolerances and I'll have one made. If there is not a patent then I'll get a production run set up if need be.
thanks for the link... their testing goes right along with my butt dyno, nice gains down low. According to the dyno charts... the CFM looks to really kick *** down below the 1900 rpm mark, not enough though to make me switch
with that manifold on, where do you tap for the boost gauge?

Steve, You can buy them with or with out ports.
Nickbeek, I do not know if some one has a patent on then or not, As far as getting the specs on one I guess all you would have to do is pull yours off and spec it out.

What I have read about the grid delete that unless your making big HP/TQ numbers leaving the grid heater in will not affect your performance very much.
buckskin, My 2 cents on that is.
The grid heaters are there primarily for emissions reasons, the EPA cold start cycle.
They don't do anything for starting when the weather is cold. a 17.1:1 compression ratio will cook the air more than a silly little grid heater. the grid heater is like holding a candle in the wind, and trying to heat a ball park.
