Those WERE someone elses tires.

I went to the shop, told them what I was doing, asked if they had a set of 17" tires that I could melt and they said, "Sure!"

The guys at Performance Truck Center hooked me up with the tires, they mounted the other ones and even ran the camera for me.

After I was done, they remounted and balanced my tires, we BS'd a while and then I left.

See, all ya gotta do is ask.

Travis,

Take the web address in your signature and put it in between, then your pic will appear.

Example:

See below......you definitely need it smaller though.

Okay, so I went to the track tonight too. It's the local 1/8th near my house. First time I've ever run on a track. Never realized an 1/8th mile could feel so long.

Ran 3 times.

Best reaction: .7199
Best 60 ft: 1.95
Best 330 ft: 5.85
Best 1/8 ET: 9.17
Best 1/8 MPH: 73.51

Yes, I have video, before Mayfair asks.

I'll put it together tomorrow, I'm going to bed.

Okay, here is some video from last night. There are a few car pics that I snapped off while I was waiting on the Smarty to finish programming during runs.

Nothing super exciting, it was a test and tune night.

I was the only diesel running and, quite honestly, there was nothing there that was streetable that would have been worth my time. The fastest street legal car I saw wasthe blown black mustang in one of the pictures, but he was a one wheel wonder and couldn't launch worth a crap. They other trucks there were some S-10's with small blocks and not real exciting.

Anyways, here's a few pics and clips from last night.

VIDEO

Oh, BTW......the new tranny has been FLAWLESS throughout this recent spout of flogging. So, if you guys have been considering getting it done at Suncoast, you can see the abuse that I'm throwing at it and it has been phenominal.

thanks for info i was wondering how that works. i know someone that works for AEM i can get the hook up on mounting and balancing at the truck shows from 4wheel parts they can do it on site i would just half to buy 2 used tires and then i could enter a burnout contest that would work better than burning up the 35's
