Now everything is gone but the o2 sensors. The three harnesses for the old egt probes are now pluggedeinto the fooler box and the pressure tubes were removed. That is with the h&s kit.

Do you have a link to the H & S kit? I cant seem to find it online. What is this "control box" I am reading about? I was reading up on the BAPD and I want to replace the downpipe as well. My ultimate goal here is Mileage. I know I will never see what the 12 valves get, but I want al least 20 MPG. I can definetly feel the difference when the engine goes into regen.

The fooler box somehow tricks the trucks computer from going into regen mode. Mine hasn't gone into regen mode since it was installed. I did the 4" turbo back they also have 5" turbo back. Here is the site
http://www.performancedieselinc.com/...elete-kit.aspx

Don't forget you will still have to have the edge w/ attitude to clear cel's on startup.

To what extent would this void your warranty- just warranty on exhaust or the whole engine/drivetrain warranty?

I think it would most likely be the whole engine. That is a good point though. Hopefully the Parts/Service guy will see this....
