Cummins rig for sale
alright guys, the truck is for sale, let me know if your interested ill send many pics and tell all the info on it, its really late right now and i gotta hit the sack but ill be back on tomorrow, i want about 25k, and its well worth it to me anyways...it has only 65k miles on it, and almost $9k in add ons. let me know
Don't take this the wrong way. But the average asking price for an 02' Laramie with a Cummins in my area is around $15,000.
I know you have alot of extras on your truck but you need to keep in mind that they are worth much more if you took them off and sold the separatly. Me my self, if I were looking for an 02' cummins like yours, I would buy one as cheap as I could and fix it up the way I want one piece at a time.
Hell, here in Houston, $25k can get me an 07' QC 4x4Cummins with around 25k miles on it.
Just a little friendly advice here and good luck with it. I hope you get what your asking.

Yeah, hate to rain on your parade too but my buddy just sold an '02 regular cab with stacks, edge, leveling kit, bigger tires, toolbox, intake, and 95k miles for $13,500. He bought an '05 crew cab dually with 25k miles for $25k. Good luck though.
Just about no matter what we buy, these material items depreciate. When we buy our trucks, they depreciate the moment we sign the purchase agreement. Real estate, but that's changed lately, and hard assets such as gold, has appreciated in value.
Like Buzzy and Bars had said, the value of anyone's truck can be determined by the blue book value. Certain upgrades add only a small amount of "curb appeal" that may add a bit of extra value.
I hope and wish the best for you. Consider some outside opinions and make your best deal. Put the deal behind you and move on.

Yea, 'tis unfortunately true. I shopped my Hemi around last year in hopes of being able to get a CTD. I've no real need for one, but I've gone ten years now without a diesel truck and just wanted one. They've made some HUGE advances in diesel engines since I had my 7.3L F**D with a whopping 180 HP!
This was before the current diesel fuel jump and not one local dealer would knock any more than $2k off sticker. I was then offered $4k BELOW KBB AVG. TRADE for my truck, mint condition with 36k miles on it at the time and over $8K in mods! I was told that because of the HUGE rebates & discounts on the 1500 series trucks, they were actually giving me top dollar trade allowance because the look of the truck with the lift and other mods would assure a quick sale for them.
When I told them of the money I had in mods alone, I was told by the sales manager that in the resale market they were worth absolutely NOTHING, but they had, in fact, added $2000 to what they would have offered me because of the mods.
Needless to say, I'm still driving my Hemi.
I hope we are all wrong about what we think you can get for your truck. If you get anywhere near what your asking, I for one, would be shocked especially with the price of diesel fuel and the big discounts dealers are starting to give on diesel trucks because of it...

Just keep that in mind when "The Time" comes Riv

http://www.edmunds.com/tmv/used/index.html <-- The Edmund's web site is about the best place to see what the real market value is for any car or truck. KBB, NADA and others give you what they think they are worth and not what the over all marke value is like Edmund's does. Even if you add extra to the value for the tires and rims the truck it would go for no more then $15,500 on a car lot in my area.
haha guys i KNOW 25k is way to much, why do you think its that high? cause i need to make my brain feel like im tryin to sell my truck, and my heart knows its not gonna get sold for that... I DONT WANNA GET RID OF IT
