Default '07 6.7L Ram upgrades

Just got a 2007 6.7L QC Longbed Ram. Right now it is bone stock. Was wondering what you guys think are the best upgrades for my truck, either appearance or performance. Give your opinion. Thanks. Will upload pic. later tonight.

Leveling kit, tires. Exhaust is pretty much out of the question as far as sound and performance goes. Intake is basically the only thing you can do without effecting the DPF in a negative way. Unless you get rid of the DPF. If you want to do that, here ya go.....

If you do this, you are going to need the Edge Juice w/ Attitude, to eliminate codes apon startup. This WILL void your warranty. Welcome to the forum. Glad to have another 6.7 guy in here. Try and stay current on here. There are alot of knowledgeable people here. Good luck with your truck and fuel economy.

Usually around city I get around 14-15. The best I have gotten highway was 17, at about 4000 miles. I currently have 7,208 miles on my truck now. I need an oil change, my Amsoil is going to be delivered tomorrow, and I need to replace the Air Filter. I will do that this weekend. I am going on vacation next week. Driving to minnesota with my car hauler attached. The trailer weighs 1500 lbs. I am shooting for 18 MPG on the way up there.

Az pretty much summed it up. I have the dpf delete, sound and performance is up better than before and mpg's are slightly better, ill have a better number on mpg's tomorrow when I fill up. I got 417 mi on the trip and 1/4 tank left. Regardless of what you hear bad about the 6.7, I got 10,300 mi on it and it hasn't given me one bit of a problem.

looks good man. im curious is it a 4wd or a 2wd?? I just added an S&B intake on my 6.7 and love it. i cant say im getting mpg out of it but i can hear the turbo alot better and the truck fills a little more powerful. If its a 4wd i would add some bigger tires. the stock 265's are just to small for me. Ya should do some 285's on it unless you got some kinda other plans i love mine but iv got a leveling kit and saving up for some 315's for the truck. i average about 14-15 mpg as well. I do know people have added tips to the exhuast just for the looks although it doesnt help anything. just a thought

You son of a bitch. This entire tank, I shifted below 1500 RPM, and kept my RPM's between 1,000 and 1,500, with the exception of the past 2 days, I have about 30 miles of highway driving at 1,800 RPM. I have about 280 miles on this tank now, and I have a quarter tank left.

Az, im tellin you cut the crappy dpf off and put an edge on and your truck will run 100% better. The truck runs cooler and no regens. Im still debatin on the egr block.

I am hackin all that **** off after I get back home from vacation. I don't have the money to get the stuff yet. I would do the EGR blockoff. But I want to wait for someone else to do it first, and tell me how the engine operates without it. I don't make enough money to experiment on my truck.
