A good diesel tech would have performed the TSB no matter what intake was in your truck.

He could have did the TSB, and charged you for it if he was afraid of getting in trouble because of the CAI.

Problem is the TSB is a lot of work and you got a lazy tech. Find another dealer...

I mentioned the TSB when i gave them the truck. It doesn't say on the paperwork that they did do it. It did take them about an hour and a half to do whatever it is they did.

Is what they said possible??? Could lack od back pressure throw that code? Or should i tell them they are full of S***????

I threw the code before I deleted the dpf a few months ago. I cleared it with the edge and it never came back. So far so good.
