With the truck off, insert the key, turn to the ON position (NOT START) 3 times. On the third time, leave it in the ON position. The 'P'code will show in the digital read out portion of your dash. Once you know what the P-code is you will have to find out what it means. I think there is a list on this site somewhere. Good luck.

All the codes are right up at the top in the stickies. Look in the DIY thread and there is a compiled list.

Wait, wait, wait. Check the MAP sensor connection before you go to the dealer. It should be right near the intake horn, behind and down a few inches. Also, check the waste gate connection from the turbo itself. The wire should be below the turbo and runs slightly to the front. It may just be a loose connection.

Yes check that!! Did you jack with your intake at all? Even with the truck not running, if you disconnect those connections or disturb them, it will throw a code.

I haven't messed with the intake or exhaust since i replaced em back in Febuary. There is a TSB out for that code, so hopefully that is all it is!!!!!

I'll check em before i take her down tho

Mine goes in Thursday for the same code. I haven't touched my engine one bit but will double check those connections tonight. But I also have a ball joint boot torn that comes off my pitman arm so they'll have to fix that if anything.

Its my intake and exhaust!!!!!

They are saying...and i Quote!!!!!!! " Modified exhaust will not allow enought backpressure, therefore the system will not perform right!!!!"
And they charged me 115.00!!!!! Kinda funny that there is a TSB out for that code!!!!
