i have a 2005 5.9l cummins and i bought a tst powermax cr r49chip and installed it in my truck. it ran great for bout 4 months then all the sudden my computer went up in my truck. so i took the chip out and took the truck to a dealer and got the warrenty to cover my computer and get a new one installed. i havent put the chip back in yet but do you guys think that it was the chip that messed up the computer (cuz a buddy of mine has heard bout the same chip doing the same thing)or was it just a bad computer?

 

never heard of the TST frying a ECM... a BD on the other hand has a history of it.
