Default 2007 3500 4x4 5.9l

Wanna buy a leveling kit... the Kore Recon is my fav right now.... Is that a good one?
I just bought a 2007 RAM 3500 4x4 5.9l ...
and i need a few skidplates... Who makes them?
And whats about a cold-air intake? is that BS, or worth it?
Chip? Does it save fuel or just smokes more?
thanks...

The HD Kore kit is definitely one of the better available. The " Recon " is actually a lift kit from them. Their stuff isn't cheap by any means compared to others that are available. A lot of people buy their lifts and/or leveling kits here... http://www.topguncustomz.com/

you may find any skid plates you're looking for here... http://www.defianttruckproducts.com/...&cat_id=29

There's no BS about a CAI. Your truck likes to breath and the stock set up is one of the restrictions. AFE is a popular CAI or AEM
You'll want to look into a cat-back exhaust too to add the breathing. Hushpower, Silverline, MBRP are a few you can look into

As for a chip... the Smarty is the best on the market for adding power and mpg gains... IMO. They have a Jr. which is a three program box and there's a Sr. which has downloadable software and a variety of settings. That's a link to my store.

What you get all depends on your intentions with the truck... towing, racing, sled pulling, mileage, daily driving.

Smarty -Jr... Can I go somewhere, and they do it or do I have to buy the programmer? Looks like you can use it for multiple trucks... right? I live in San Diego, CA...

yeah, if you know of a diesel shop in your area, they may be selling them and could let you try it. It's a basic programmer that plugs into the OBD port under the steering wheel. It has three levels of programming that I believe starts at 40hp, 70hp and then 100hp

If you don't have shop, go here and call Bob. He's the N. America distributor and can tell you who is in your area....

how are K&N intakes? I had one in my Jeep and really liked it... are they good for diesel trucks too?
