Default Exhaust Guys?

Im looking to be spending a decent amount on a exhaust setup for my 07.5 6.7l 4x4 and i dont know which one i want. I mainly wanna get some info on those who have done exhaust work on there 6.7's. I know a Dpf back exhuast doesnt do much of nothin for the sound but how are the Mpg and Hp number and what not's on your truck. Im also looking at a set of Duals from either MBRP or Silverline stainless steal ones. Also where did you purchase your exhaust at?

I would also would like some info on those who have done a DPF Delete from someone like performancedieselin.com. How is it? has it messed up anything. MPG HP stuff like that. Also why according to Performancedieselinc.com do they only recomend you put on a DPF delete kit for offroad use and not highway use? I pretty much use mine for highway and cruising, some towing and some offroading. Any help from anyone would be kool. thanks

i work in the oil patch and there's a consultant that did the dpf delete on his truck, because he spent too much time idling. the next time i see him i'll inquire how it is. as far as using it for offroad, that's probably cause you're changing the emissions and it's a "disclaimer" of sorts, like motocross bikes are for "closed course competition only."

They say the Dpf delete is for off road use only because it is an emmisions device and altering it or deleteing it is a crime. depending on your state and if you have emmisions for diesels this may not be an issue

Member firemedic740 did the dpf delete on his truck if you do a search on his name you can read all about it. The dpf delete requires you to have the Edge Juice W/ Attitude so you can clear trouble codes on start up, I believe, I have the 5.9 I'm by no means an expert. I would throw him a Pm.

Sorry BiggBlu601, mine's an 06. But I do know MS doesn't have emissions checks.
Where in MS do you live?
