My experience has been that a 12v will make roughly twice the torque as it does power, but it seems like the newer ones, common rails in particular, make a little less than 2:1. I'm going off of memory here on the dyno figures of other people's newer stuff, as I've never modified any of the newer ones I've owned. My '98 12v was almost exactly twice the torque as power. It did 450/920.

Like I said, general rule of thumb. Every 12v, 24v, and CR Ive seen is pretty close to a 2:1 ratio. Havent seen many 6.7 dyno numbers, but they seem to be pretty typically over 2:1. Like 420/980. Apparently Marco has seen close to a 3:1 with the Smarty S67...
