Default 94 jumps at 45-48 mph

I just recently bought a 94 CTD Ram, and like the truck immensly. It has the 47RH auto, which had been rebuilt about a year before I bought it. I have known this truck since the previous ower bought it, who is a friend. The truck jumps when it shifts into OD/TC lockup, between 45 and 48 mph. I know that I read in a thread that this is a pcm problem, and that there is a fix, but I can't find the thread now. Does anyone know of this problem, and can point me in the direction of the solution?
I have replaced the front and rear shocks, but that didn't alleviate the problem. I do know that this has gone on for the life of the truck. Normally, I just hit the OD off button until about 50, but it would be nice to fix it. Thank you in advance.
