ainti freeze leak???

Default ainti freeze leak???

I have a 06 cummins every time i drive it the next day i have anti freeze under my truck. Any suggestions???

prob your water pump i had the same thing happen to me with my 05. ez replace only 2 bolts

do you have any possible location where it might be coming from?

there is a water line directly behind the turbo with a short piece of rubber hose and two hose clamps, check that too, i have seen a few of those leak, just need to tighten the clamps to stop the leak.

I agree with dodgetrucker. I have a 06 there is a little silver piece thats about your turbo and under your exhaust manny. Do to the vibration and the cold weather out from time to time it leaks. all you have to do is pull the silver piece back and tighten the clamps. i have to tighten mine about every other couple months

Last year I replaced mine with a $65 unit from autozone... its still going strong.

Me and a friend are having the same problem both of our 06' 2500. it seems that it is towards the rear of the motor. I called the dealer and he said it was probablythe over flow exchanger. Does anyone know what that is? I have checked and can't find the parts. They want $225 to fix it. Thanks for any help.

More than likely it's that coupler behind the turbo, like dodgetrucker75 said.

It's a very common problem.

Whenever we have a truck in that is getting a turbo swapped, that's just one of the things we automatically tighten down.

It's not a matter of if it'll leak, it's just when.

Normally, it happens in the spring when temps are fluxuating.

When i had my turbo off i put in a new hose. Its about 70 bucks from auto zone. then just got a semi heavy duty rubber connector. It comes lose a lot do to the vibration that our truck engines have.
