shift solenoid "A" control circuit low. my guess is you have a short to ground. check your tcm

here are some things too look at:
Governor Circuit Electrical Fault will need to be tested at the dealer with a drb scan tool

Valve Body Malfunction: you will need to Remove, clean and inspect. Look for sticking 1-2 shift valve, 2-3 shift valve, governor plug or broken springs

Front Servo Piston Cocked in Bore and will need to be inspected. Inspect servo

Front Band Linkage Malfunction look at your linkage and look for bindage and such

if it stays in second get your P0973 code is a 3 - 4 shift solenoid and will not be there but since its voltage is low you have something going wrong with your transmission controls due to the fact that you also have these codes

P0973 3 - 4 shift solenoid voltage low
P2769Torque converter clutch solenoid circuit low (SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE
DSL)
C2100 Battery Voltage low
U0019 Can B bus Error
B212D-Ignition run only input circuit open
they are all voltage low.
are you able to start the truck? try chargin the battery and see what happens once its charged then some codes might go away
also do you know which ones were stored or active?
