Wow, lucky.

$87 for brake pads and filters? That's not too bad.

If they push for labor, see if maybe they'd take about $25-30, should be enough to cover a flat rate employee's wage for the install.

actually, 87 bucks for oil & filters change for the truck and like 260.00 for the Ford Escape for rotors and pads and oil change, so were looking at 347.00 in total parts for both vehicles, I don't have to pay crap, I did not sign anything but they did install them and I got them back so I will pay for the parts. And yes very lucky, I only do stupid once per incident..LOL

Glad to hear everything turned out the way you wanted.Problem with dealers is they get to many people that just fold under preasure and the dealer gets what they want.They dont like people that stand up to them.
