Default Smarty help

i have the smarty jr on my truck and i was wondering if anyone could tell me the best setting for the torque converter and the timing thanks they are in the stock setting now its on the 70 hp towing setting also thanks for the help

Default my smarty jr

i have an '07 5.9, i have a smarty jr., i upgraded the tranny, i have run at the low end, at the seventy, and i keep it at the 105hp, there has not been a need to do anything but plug it in and let the box do it's job.

well the thing is i have een reading aroundand there is a difference in power an drivability if you change the torque and iming settings in the ecm i dnno what setting to run there is a default and 1-4 on both torque and timing i am super confused by this i havent be ble o get a clear answer so any help thanks
