Default Going to look at a 2001 3500 cummins (PICS!!)

I found out about this truck when i went to go buy a ATV from him. Its a 2001 dually, with the 24v cummins in it.4x4 It has turbo injectors, fass fuel system, hot rod injection pump, Banks Ram air intake,Edge Juice with attitude 35'' tires with a 4'' lift, and quite a few other goodies. 151k miles, rebuilt trans at 100k with shift kit. He wants 11k for it. Negotiable. Needs Ball Joints and theres a dent on corner of bed, not that bad. Check out the pics. What do yall think?

thanks

Use photobucket to post pics on here much easier. I think 11 would be a good price if it didnt need anything and had no rust at all. If its flawless other than the dent and needing ball joints then 9.5-10k
