I have my turbo timer set for 275* on my adrenaline.
275-300* should be fine for the turbo timer.
275 obviously takes longer to achieve and if you live in a warmer climate it may not be the best temp for you....
as for too hot:
anything 1300* and above is too hot for sustained temperatures.
