07 3500 5.9L rough idle and slow fan speed
I got a little bit of a rough idle on my truck it maybe fluctuates 50rpm up or down doesn't matter if i got high idle set or not also getting a code p0483 something to do with slow fan speed does this mean i got a bad clutch fan? Recently had codes p204 and p2149

P0483 - Cooling Fan Rationality Check Malfunction
p204=circuit/driver failure in injector #4.
P2149 DODGE - Exhaust Gas Recirculation Vent Ctrl Circ Low (EGR)
So in short, yes one of your radiator fans is malfunctioning. Then you have a suspect EGR solenoid and injector.
Id take the injector out and have it cleaned up a bit, see if performance improves.
